Shipping Policy All material will be shipped via UPS or USPS at our discretion. UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. UPS charges if calculated in our shopping cart are approximate. Actual charges may vary due to shipping weight. Exact charges and UPS tracking number will be emailed to you when your order has shipped. We reserve the right to group items into as few shipments as possible and you will be charged for each shipment. Should we have to break out your order to more than one shipment, you will be charged for each shipment (including backordered items). ALL ORDERS RECEIVED BY 3PM EST SHIPPED SAME DAY if the items are in our stock. Backorders will be filled at no additional shipping costs to the customer. If unable to fill a backorder within 30 days, your money will be refunded and the backorder cancelled. ALL SHORTAGES, ERRORS AND OMISSIONS MUST BE REPORTED WITH 3 BUSINESS DAYS FOR CONSIDERATION, NO EXCEPTIONS PLEASE. UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When UPS returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a full refund (including shipping charges). We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order on our shopping cart. INTERNATIONAL: For fastest and safest service we recommend shipping by USPS International Priority to any country. Tracking and basic insurance of US $100.00 is included. Additional insurance is available if requested. Allow 5-7 business days for delivery. Rates start at USD29.00 Shipments refused or returned due to regulatory or import duty and tax issues will be considered cancelled and both restocking fees and shipping charges will be deducted from the refunded amount. Note: Duties and Import Taxes are the responsibility of the Importer. We cannot substitute any other value contrary to the actual value of the shipped merchandise. INCO Terms of C&F or Ex-Works apply to International Shipments. DAMAGED GOODS: It is your responsibility as the consumer/ reciever to inspect and/or refuse to accept any damaged merchandise delivered by carriers. Each carrier has specific rules for reimbursement of damaged products. UPS packages that are damaged should be REFUSED. We routinely insure packages so that you will not be responsible for damaged items IF YOU REFUSE ACCEPTANCE. |
