Sam Rivera comes to us after having worked with Tiger Equipment Prior to that he was manager at Mid-South Diesel Service. Sam has also worked at fuel shops in Phoenix, AZ and Mobile, AL. Sam is Certified technician thru Bosch, Cummins,ADS, Ford Diesel 7.3L College Graduate 2 yr (Associate Degree) Sam makes his home in Marion, AR and is married with three children. When not busy working for Diesel Care and Performance, he is very involved with the Men’s Ministry at church and enjoy hunting and fishing and love Alabama football. Billy Williams is co-owner of Diesel Care and Performance with his wife Amy and handles the day to day sales operations. He has been in the fuel injection business for over twenty five years, serving as parts manager for Test Calibration Co in Mobile, AL and also as general manager for Mid-South Diesel Service in Memphis TN. He has also worked for Flag North America as a territory sales manager. He started Diesel Care and Performance in the Summer of 2004. He is active in Boy Scouts of America and Southern Grace Youth Camp. When not working at Diesel Care, he enjoys playing guitar, camping with his family and cruising around east TN on his motorcycle. Amy Williams also owns Diesel Care and Performance Inc. Amy works in the customer service dept at DC & P. Amy work with the local Girl Scouts as a troop leader, and is active in our local community parks program, helping recently to secure handicap accessible playground equipment for our local park. When not working at Diesel Care, she enjoys making pottery and working in her ever growing garden. Amy and Billy have been married for 23 years. Randall Stevens is accounting manager for Diesel Care, and also helped start the company. Randy is originally from Bangor, Maine and makes his home in Lakeland, TN with his wife Rita, who is from Zihuatanejo, Mexico. Randy comes from the banking industry with a strong accounting background. When not working with DC & P, Randy enjoys playing chess and spending time with his family. Steve Horton is our lead technician. Steve has been involved in the fuel injection business for many years, working for both Truckpro Inc.and Taylor Diesel Service, before joining Diesel Care Inc. Steve brings a wealth of knowledge to our organization, as well as an in depth understanding of the local diesel market. He has worked with many local diesel accounts, and his level of commitment to his customers makes him a welcome addition to our company. Steve makes his home in Germantown, TN |
Sean Evans works in our drive in shop. Sean has worked in the diesel repair business for several years and has a wealth of experience working on mid-range diesel applications. |
John Smith is one of our drive in technicians and our resident heavy duty specialist. As you can see he is comfortable working on anything from a Dodge diesel to a John Deere skidder. John also has a real passion for motorcycles and ride every chance he can. John has worked in the diesel industry for a number of years and has knowledge on most all diesel applications. |

Adam Castleberry is a drive in tech who worked for us previously as an apprentice before attending diesel college. We are happy to have Adam back on staff in a technical capacity. |

Zach WIlliams is a theatre major at Memphis University and works in our shipping and recieving department. Zach also helps with our web design and has previously worked in our fuel injection shop. When not at work, Zach is an avid musician who enjoys playing both guitar and drums. |
CUSTOMER SERVICE - TORI WILLIAMS |
Tori works in the customer service department during the summers at Diesel Care. She is active at Bolton Stagelight Theatre and is also a very accomplished equestrian. She is the very proud owner of a nine year old American Saddlebreed named Bud. |
